"Intro to CQI Online" Now Available!
Continuous quality improvement is one of the ways FBO practices its values of Excellence, Service, Innovation, and Continuous Learning. The Office of Planning, Assessment & Innovation (PAI) is proud to announce that the online course, “Intro to Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) at Wayne State,” is now available for all Finance & Business Operations (FBO) staff. This is a self-paced online course purposed to provide staff a basic overview of the concept and practice of continuous quality improvement.
