In an effort to improve customer service, reporting, and promote collaboration, service and support requests for Business Technology Solutions team members should be submitted using one of the online TechSolutions forms noted below.

Functional Support Requests

Use the above form to submit a ticket to the functional support team for the following:

  • General IT Support (includes data and/or report requests)
  • Mass Messaging Requests (Broadcast or Bulk Mail)
  • Web (CMS) Update Requests
Application Support Requests
   https://techsolutions.wayne.edu/forms/sms

Use the above form to submit a ticket to the application support team for the following:

  • Report an Incident
  • Project Request

Desktop Support

C&IT's Desktop Technology Services (DeskTech) provides destop hardware and software support to all areas within Finance & Business Operations. DeskTech agents are located throughout campus to provide personal and efficient support to many campus units. DeskTech customers can initiate support requests via DeskTech's online forms:

  • Report a Problem
  • Request Software or Computer Accessories
  • Request Changes to W: Drive or Employee Files
  • Request Active Directory Account (Computer Login)
  • Add Computer to Department Refresh Program
  • Request Non-Refresh Computer (no charge)
  • Loaner Equipment Request
