In an effort to improve customer service, reporting, and promote collaboration, service and support requests to BTS should be submitted using one of the online forms below.

Functional Support - BTS Team

  • General IT Support (includes data and/or report requests)
  • Mass Messaging Requests (Broadcast or Bulk Mail)

Desktop Support

C&IT's Desktop Technology Services (DeskTech) provides destop hardware and software support to all areas within Finance & Business Operations. DeskTech agents are located throughout campus to provide personal and efficient support to many campus units. DeskTech customers can initiate support requests via one of DeskTech's online forms available at the link below:
