WarriorIT Consolidation Project

As part of the WarriorIT Consolidation Project, the Business Technology Solutions team within FBO's Planning, Assessment & Innovation department has been transferred over to the Division of Computing & Info Technology.  Content previously available on the FBO BTS web site has been incorporated into the C&IT web site at https://tech.wayne.edu.

Desktop Support

C&IT's Desktop Technology Services (DeskTech) provides desktop hardware and software support to all areas within Finance & Business Operations. DeskTech agents are located throughout campus to provide personal and efficient support to many campus units. DeskTech customers can initiate support requests via one of DeskTech's online forms available at https://tech.wayne.edu/forms/desktech.
